Likha Construction Corporation was established with a singular focus: to bridge the gap between architectural vision and disciplined construction execution. Our origins are rooted in the belief that residential building requires more than just labor — it requires technical coordination and professional accountability.
Starting with small-scale residential developments, we observed the frequent failure of traditional building methods to honor design specifications. This led us to institutionalize a design & build model where architects and builders operate under a unified framework, ensuring that every detail planned is a detail built.
